Most standard orders ship within 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Rush turnaround is available — just tell us your deadline when you submit your quote and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Do I need to provide a design file?
No. If you have a logo, photo, or artwork ready, send it over. If you just have an idea, we'll draft something for you — every order includes a free digital proof before we run anything.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI all work. Vector files (SVG, AI) give the sharpest results. For photos, send the highest resolution you have and we'll take it from there.
What if I don't like the proof?
We revise until you're satisfied — no extra charge. We don't touch your order until you've approved the design. That's the deal.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship carefully packaged orders across Canada and the US. If you're in the Niagara Region, local pickup is always welcome.
Can you handle bulk or corporate orders?
That's a big part of what we do. Volume pricing kicks in at 25+ pieces. We work regularly with businesses, event planners, and retailers — ask about our wholesale program when you reach out.
